With strong background in technology, design, and project management for almost 20 years, Phakwan has been in the position since 2013. Started from 0 screen to 3,000 screens, Phakwan is a key person behind diversified portfolio under D/OOH of Plan B.
Specialised in digital OOH media development, she has well understanding about market trend and client needs. That has been consistently reflected in her design of D/OOH asset. In 2020, her ongoing projects include:
1) 7-Eleven integrated media solutions – the POS network in 7-Eleven to help marketers reaching out to their target as a last minute trigger tool. This will be officially launch mid-year 2020.
2) DOOH on programmatic platform – offering Plan B’s inventories to be purchased by CPM on online platform. Allowing brand to optimize their budget on D/OOH.
3) Audience measurement – measure number of eyeballs and learn audience profile of each media package. Planners can use data for planning and reporting purpose.

Toni joined GroupM as the Head of e-Commerce ASEAN early October 2019. Prior to joining GroupM, he held several positions in some high-profile e-Commerce platforms in Southeast Asia.
He joined GroupM from Lazada Group and RedMart (both part of the Alibaba Group), where he was exposed to diverse aspects of a regional e-Commerce operation across multiple categories including grocery delivery services. Prior joining Lazada, he was one of the founding members of honestbee (on-demand grocery, laundry and food delivery platform in Asia), where he took part in launching the service in 8 countries in Asia within 2 years.
He ventured into the e-Commerce space through his own companies that he had in Singapore focused on digital media buying and in addition one of his companies was distributor for some food brands. He also held positions in companies like Microsoft, NCR and Sybase (an SAP Company) and has worked in Asia, Europe and North America.

Niklas Stalberg is an accomplished serial entrepreneur with brand experience from working both in Asia and Europe.
Straight out of school he co-founded his first venture, who became the largest mobile content distributor in Thailand with extended business across Southeast Asia. The company secured venture capital from Singapore and USA, and after six years of operations the company was listed on the Stock Exchange of Thailand making Niklas the youngest foreign CEO's of a public company in Thailand.
Niklas went on to co-found mInteraction, a full-service digital advertising agency, in which in 2012 he was appointed as Chief Operating Officer.
He was responsible for new product launches, business development and supplier relations. Niklas took on the responsibility to launch Xaxis Thailand in 2013 and built it to be an important part of GroupM Thailand business.
As digital advertising becomes more important for GroupM clients, Niklas was promoted to GroupM co-CEO in April 2017, responsible for the entire Thailand operations including 200+ clients and a team of 700+ highly skilled professionals.
